I usually send gift items to my relatives staying in US. I was wondering if i could have an account number which i credited and used it for sending parcels. To my surprise, the private courier services only allow this for BUSINESS purposes. Is there any other option?

This job ad is for bartenders & servers. He mentions they have restaurants every over the USA with their head office in NC. Here's also what he said "We just acquiring Bar & Restaurant in your city which is below renovation now and it will be opening on 23rd of January 2012 which will be same day you are going to receive started. The Former Owners of the restaurant make an emotional appeal not to announce the name of the restaurant at this point untill the opening day for some reasons in their family, So we need someone who could work as a good servers/bartenders" He then continues on with details like the pay, the hours, etc. Then states, "we need to receive you informed that we are going to send you advance payment of your first week so you can be able to receive everything you need as you know we need clean and well presented people also i need to receive you informed that my financier will be handling payment for your service they will issue you your first check once i got your information.I will like you to receive back to me with requested information below. Your Full Name: Your Residence address(NOT P.O Box Fedex and UPS courier doesn't deliver to P.O Box): City: State: Zip Code: Home and mobile Phone numbers: Your Age and Current Occupation: Your Gender: every we need from you is total honesty and sincerity. He doesn't mention anything about cashing the check or sending him any funds in return. Also below his name is the name of one of their "newly founded" restaurants called "Station-One Italian Gastro Bar" but can't find anything when I search for it. I sent the info since most of it was already accessible through my resume, but feeling a little eery about it now. No to mention this email was sent around 3am, about 8 hours after sending my resume and email.

I recently had a battery problem and decided to restore my iPhone to look if this would fix the problem however I am stuck where you have to connect the iPhone to iTunes after the stage when you set the the region and language settings. On the computer it keeps saying that there is no sim card installed in the phone even though there is one inside. I have tried 3 different sims (3, orange and o2) every from different networks and still no luck. Also on the iPhone it keeps saying searching for ages or no service in the top left where the courier information should be. I have the latest iTunes incase it matters. i think i am running ios 5.0.1 as when i clicked restore it said it would update to the latest ios. but as i am stuck on the restoring part i think i might still be on ios 4.1

It seemed a little shady to me because they stated that packages would arrive to my home (jewelry, electronics etc...)I would boat them overseas. Almost sounds like a Nigerian scam. Hi, I bought tickets to the australian open that is on the 26th. The seller did a last minute sale and said that he would do same day delivery so i would receive it in time. We live in the same state (victoria). He said it would cost $87 and i would definately recieve it before the match. Resolved Question: Anyone else having problems with delivery services lately?

I've been ordering quite a bit this last month from places like Amazon, every things that are not supposed to just be posted through the door, like big and pricey packages. But lately the couriers hardly ever even ask for a signature, and twice parcels have been left with neighbors and they haven't put a slip through to let me know. So if any problems no way of knowing where the items are. etc. Thanks. @Gabrielle, yeah most of the stuff im concerned about were things that had tracking numbers and required a signature. Mostly annoyed about them leaving with neighbors without letting me know though as it can go anywhere and i don't know. Thanks. @Umbrella I have nothing against the couriers, i have a pal who is one. And he says you can lose your job for not following the guidelines of the packages. If i don't receive the package when they've left with a neighbor, when i complain, the company will either just ignore u like they usually do, or it will arrive back on the couriers responsibility. And if they don't receive a signature with some apathetic people who could then complain and say they haven't received the package when they have. I'm not just nit-picking.

It was sent via EMS Philippines. I had tried to track it in ELTA (Greece Post Office Courier) but it was not found. I decided to e-mail Customer Service of ELTA and there I found out that it was held. They gave me a number to call the Greek Customs but for about 2 days now, nobody answers. Can anyone help me? I ordered a parcel on-line from Gamestation, Gamestation use the courier service Parcel force, the parcel was apparently delivered on the 04/01/2012, i went to parcel force website to track my parcel, it said that it was delivered and signed for, however no one in my home took in, or signed for a parcel that day, i rang parcelforce and was constantly put on hold, finally i got through and they told me they will try and receive in touch with the driver, then call me back, this happened twice and then someone told me to call gamestation, and then after a long time on hold i finally got through to gamestation who told me the same thing, that they will have to receive in touch with the driver and call me back. I think this is a cycle, I'm just going to be calling, being put on hold, then being told i'll be called back. I want to know if there is any other way to tackle this problem and receive my parcel.
